Homewood Suites by Hilton Albany Crossgates Mall

Nice rooms and a very friendly front reception staff. My go to location when I’m in Albany. It’s connected to a Tru as well if you can’t find any rooms for Homewood. It’s the same building and services.

Very nice hotel. The suite i had was massive. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. The breakfast was good. The mall is a two minute walk so the location is great. I'll definitely stay here again

We stayed in the Tru portion of the hotel. It was a perfect size room for my husband and I. A lot of thought clearly went in to maximizing the space. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed by not having a top sheet, there was something there, but it was weird and not a true sheet. Definitely needed either firmer pillows or an extra pillow, but that is true of most hotels. I loved that shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion were on the wall and easy to access. The little bottles are such a waste and usually make your skin and hair feel gross. These were a nice touch! Breakfast was fine and laid out nicely and restocked quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Phenomenal hotel! We stay on the homewood suites side, and the staff here are absolutely lovely. Jamal has continued to go above and beyond to accommodate us, and our trips.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms, awesome staff who made us feel ever so welcome! Appreciate Dereck who kindly helped arrange our beautiful rooms so Mom and I could be closer since she’s getting older. Thankful to Albina and Tenea for making great breakfasts! Will definitely stay here again if we pass through!

First of all, this location is combination of Tru and Homewood suites. So you choose different hotel due to location or reviews, won’t make much difference if you are choosing any of these. Rooms were clean but carpet was “sticky”. It was noisy in the middle of the night mostly in the lobby and briefly in the rooms above. Breakfast options were great, not an average Hilton breakfast buffet. Lot of options like miso soup, chia oatmeal, fruits, breads, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, juices, coffee, tea etc. you can also use breakfast area of Tru which was a bonus. Try automatic pancake maker in Tru breakfast area. Over all good place to stay. I’ll return.

We LOVE this hotel. This is our go-to hotel when traveling to see family. The rooms are consistently clean and orderly. Staff is always friendly and knows the area very well. If you've got status with Hilton, they always welcome you appropriately. I travel a lot. This is - by far - one of my favorite hotels .

Hotel is clean, well appointed, all comforts you need! Pool heat was out of order! Lil chill. Breakfast was good although Ethan @ front desk stated was his decision to have breakfast end 1 hour earlier then we were told @ check in & as sign posted! Not cool as people still looking for breakfast At 9am.
